-This course is designed  as a suppliment to hands on training for beginner or novice artists to deliver the basics needed to be sufficient in your skill set. This course DOES NOT, in any way, account for basic hands-on training to learn fundamentals and should never be sought after as such. 

-The purchase of this course provides one limited license to the student for the time period described in the purchase window. This course will be monitored and any unauthorized access to this curriculum or recording of the material is theft of ineffectual property. Your account will be terminated without refund and a legal action will be pursued.  

-Maintaining and protecting the correct name, address, payment information and passwords are the users responsibility, LV Lash and Brow holds no accountability for upholding the maintenance of information that could lead to the use of account from an unauthorized user through obtaining your user name or password.

-In the case of a security breach it is the users responsibility to notify the company of any unlawful activity or unauthorized use of the account so that the proper authorities can be notified.

-Skills are built with time and practice, and this course makes no promise that you will comprehend the information All education pertaining to this course is outlined to give a basic understanding to the very broad world of lashing and to feel confident with learning basic techniques to perform a classic lash application, but provides no legal right to perform the service without proper licensing in accordance with local law. 

-It is prohibited to copy, share, sell or record any content of this course without permission from LV Lash and Brow, such actions are considered theft and can face legal action to protect the intellectual property presented in this course. This information was created based on my own experiences and learning, as all information is opinion.  All course material is owned by LV Lash and Brow unless where noted and  copyright protected. -All prices of the class are listed in USD and does not include any applicable sales taxes or processing fees associated with purchase. Pricing for courses may change without notice, but will not affect the course already purchased during the time line allotted. 

-Purchase of the course is done through a third party processor, which may have additional terms of use and policies that are not associated with the course curriculum. Course purchases may only be made through the platform provided and use the payment processor connected to the site. Separate payments, cash or check is not accepted. 

-It is the purchasers responsibility to make sure that all information provided is correct. LV Lash and Brow is held harmless if any information is inaccurate and the course is sent to the wrong information provided. The course will need to be repurchased if the information shared is inaccurate. 

-There will be no refunds given for any reason what so ever. The course timeline is given when purchased, if the course is not completed in that time frame, there will be no extensions and the course will need to be repurchased. The content is being purchased with the understanding that there will be no refunds even if the student finds the information to be below their level of understanding or unclear. Once the information is released to the student the student obtains the limited license to view the information, therefore no refunds can be made since the exchange of information had already been made. 

- If the student falsely, fraudulently or otherwise dishonestly disputes the payment for any course purchased through this platform, to the extent that a partial or full charge back is provided; you agree to indemnify LV Lash and Brow for the full payment plus any applicable fees, fines, penalties or expenses, including but not limited to those charged by the payment processor and banking facility in charge of handling the transactions.
